Core Subjects Overview (Grades 1–12)
Curriculum
English Language Arts (ELA)
Based on the Common Core ELA standards, students master reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through literature, informational texts, grammar, and composition. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking and communication.
Mathematics
Students follow a sequential, concept-based path: Arithmetic → Pre-Algebra → Algebra I → Geometry → Algebra II → Pre-Calculus. Real-life applications and problem-solving are integrated at every level.
Science
A hands-on, inquiry-based approach aligned with NGSS and CCSS. High school students take subject-specific courses in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, emphasizing lab skills, scientific reasoning, and real-world relevance.
Arabic Language
Arabic is taught at all levels with leveled instruction for native and non-native speakers. The program builds reading, writing, grammar, and speaking skills with authentic and meaningful content.
Islamic Studies
Grounded in the Quran and Sunnah, this course promotes ethical development, personal reflection, and understanding of Islamic history, worship, and values.
Qur’an Studies
Students engage in structured memorization (Hifz), Tajweed, and understanding of selected surahs and verses, guided by certified Qur’an teachers.
Information & Communication Technology (ICT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Students develop digital literacy from an early age and advance to topics such as coding, robotics, cybersecurity, and AI fundamentals, preparing them for the future of work and innovation.
World Language (Spanish or French)
Beginning in elementary school, students choose Spanish or French and progress through leveled instruction to achieve conversational fluency and cultural competence.
